Aaniin and welcome—I’m Shannon.
Many of the people I work with are carrying grief, loss, or life changes that don’t always have space to be fully felt or understood. Sometimes, it’s not just about what’s happening now, but everything that has led up to this moment—and everything that hasn’t been given room to land.
In our work together, we don’t rush that process.
We take time to sit with what’s here, even when it feels heavy, unclear, or unfinished. This includes not only your personal experiences, but also the relational, cultural, and systemic contexts that have shaped how support has—or hasn’t—been available to you.
My approach is shaped by both Indigenous and Western ways of knowing. I hold a deep respect for the connections between mind, body, spirit, and community, and I see healing as something that unfolds within those relationships—not in isolation.

What Working Together Feels Like
Warm, steady, and spacious.
I tend to stay with experiences that others might try to move past—especially grief. I don’t rush it or try to resolve it, but instead support you in understanding what it’s asking for.
There is room here for both pain and meaning, without pressure to move on before you’re ready.
