Many people I work with are used to holding a lot on their own—moving through overwhelm, disconnection, or uncertainty without much space to slow down. I believe that you already carry wisdom and strength—and therapy can help you reconnect with those resources when they feel distant.
In our work together, we take a different approach.
Rather than focusing only on talking things through, we pay attention to what’s happening underneath the surface—how your experiences show up in your body, your emotions, and your relationships.
Sometimes that means slowing the pace. Sometimes it means noticing when something feels too much—or when you’ve learned to move away from it quickly.
Everyone deserves space to feel their grief, hold their complexity, and share their story—and I am here to hold that space with you. I also hold an awareness that many struggles are shaped by systems and experiences that may not have supported you in the ways you needed. Therapy can be a space to understand that impact—and begin to relate to yourself differently within it.
