“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”
– Maya Angelou
Many people come to therapy carrying experiences they haven’t had space—or the language—to fully explore. I believe that every person carries a story that deserves to be heard with care, respect, and compassion. My curiosity about the diverse ways people experience the world has grown into a commitment to walking alongside clients as they build self awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
Hi, I’m Milena. I’m drawn to this work through a curiosity about how people make meaning of their lives, especially across different cultural and social contexts. My approach is wholistic and culturally responsive, honouring the deep connections between mind, body, emotion, spirit, and identity. It is shaped by my bicultural background, my experience living across multiple countries, and my professional work supporting neurodiverse individuals from varied cultural and social backgrounds in educational, mental health, and community settings.
In our work together, we take time to reflect, explore patterns, and understand your experiences in a way that feels connected to your life—not separate from it.
