Masters of Social Work | Virtual Therapist at Wiidookodaadiwin | She/Her
Hi, I’m Nicole. I am a proud Indigenous woman with ancestral roots in the Red River Métis Settlement in Winnipeg. I offer virtual therapy across Ontario, grounded in cultural awareness, trauma informed care, and respect for both traditional and Western ways of healing.
My approach centres the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. I understand that mental health is shaped not only by internal experiences, but also by family, community, culture, and systems. Whether you are exploring identity, grieving a loss, navigating trauma, or moving through a life transition, I offer space to feel seen and supported without pressure or judgment.
Who I Work With:
- Adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and identity questions
- Indigenous clients reconnecting with culture and community
- Individuals experiencing life transitions or relational disconnection
- Couples and families working to build trust and understanding
Session Format:
- Virtual sessions across Ontario
Languages Offered:
- English
Therapeutic Approach:
My work is rooted in:
- Trauma-informed and strength-based practices
- Cultural humility and respect for lived experience
- A collaborative, client-centered approach
I draw on over six years of experience supporting people through outreach, addiction services, youth programs, and community-based care. I understand healing is not one-size-fits-all. I meet each client with curiosity, flexibility, and a genuine belief in their capacity for change.
What You Can Expect:
In our sessions, you’ll find a warm, adaptable space to explore what matters most to you. My role is not to lead or fix, but to walk beside you with care. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after time away, we’ll move at your pace.
I believe you deserve to feel safe, heard, and empowered in your healing. Let’s find a way forward, together.
