“A person’s a person, no matter how small.” – Dr. Seuss
This quote has stayed with me since childhood. It reminds me that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported—no matter their age, background, or story.
Hi, I’m Ummi (short for Ummehani),
Many of the people I work with are navigating multiple layers at once—family, culture, relationships, and the expectations that come with them.
In our work together, we take time to understand how these layers interact.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the broader context—your experiences, your relationships, and the systems that may have shaped how you’ve learned to cope, communicate, or protect yourself.
