Registered Psychotherapist | Therapist at Wiidookodaadiwin I She/Her

Many people move through life carrying stress, self-doubt, or patterns that no longer feel supportive. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand why we feel stuck, disconnected from ourselves, or uncertain about what comes next. I believe that each person carries strengths and wisdom that can help guide their healing—and therapy can offer space to reconnect with those parts of yourself.

As an Anishnaabe woman and a proud member of Aundeck Omni Kaning First Nation on Manitoulin Island, my lived experiences deeply inform how I approach counselling. I recognize that our identities, relationships, and life experiences shape how we understand ourselves and move through the world.

In our work together, we focus on building a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, supported, and respected.

Rather than approaching challenges as something that needs to be fixed, we take time to understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you feeling stuck. This might mean exploring your values, challenging negative thought patterns, or making space for grief, loss, and life transitions.

I meet you where you are on your healing journey, recognizing that everyone brings their own experiences, strengths, and understanding of what healing means to them. Therapy can be a space to explore your identity, cultivate self-compassion, and begin relating to yourself in a different way.
